Privacy Policy

Zodiara, operated from Slovakia, processes the information you provide—such as names, birth details, questions, family descriptions and coffee-cup images—to deliver requested digital services. We may also process IP address, browser, language, timestamps and security logs.

We use this information to provide purchases and support, prevent abuse, maintain security and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information. Necessary data may be processed by our hosting and AI providers and, for payments, Stripe or PayPal. Zodiara does not store full card numbers.

Pending checkout records are normally removed after seven days. Reports, transaction references and accounting records may be retained when needed for access, disputes or legal compliance. Coffee images are processed for the requested reading and are not intentionally retained afterward.

Where applicable under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to the Slovak data-protection authority. Zodiara is for people aged 18 or older. Privacy requests: info@zodiara.io.
